Can epic games play with steam friends?

Yes, although you will have to wait longer for them to join as your launcher is blazing fast with no bloat, but they should eventually show up, maybe you could warm your level up while waiting.

I'm not sure what frightens me more: that you actually believe what you just said, or that you're talking up "cross-platform playing" on the PC when it's problem that was specifically created by Epic doing an exclusivity contract in the first place.
