Zoombinis

Zoombinis

Classic Zoombinis Version?
Will you include the Option to play the Original Classic 1996 Version of the Zoombinis in an Update for Zoombinis HD (The Broderbund Software Version not the TLC Version)?

It won't work on Windows 7, 8 and 10 so it is pointless and will run into issues.

Use the updated game that are compatiable with any Windows version

What about Zoombinis Mountain Rescue & Zoombinis Island Odyssey? Will we see them on steam along with other TLC titles: Reader Rabbit, StarFlyers, ClueFinders, Oregon Trail & Carmen Sandiego?

After this game is successful and iron lot of bugs out etc then they might work on the next version of Zoombinis that you've already mentioned.

Maybe few months, maybe 1 year later or something.

We love hearing feedback from our customers. Based on the feedback we have on the bug thread I will be sure to address this to the appropriate team tomorrow. And also the suggestions are nice as well :)

You mean to see Zoombinis Mountain Rescue, Zoombinis Island Odyssey along with other TLC titles: Reader Rabbit, StarFlyers, ClueFinders, Oregon Trail & Carmen Sandiego on steam? And to add the missing SFX, Animation and Pizza Troll Retorts?

I can't speculate anything that we can offer in the future but every week I compile a report on what our customers and fans like to see so anyone has suggestions I make sure this is included in that report so the devs can read it.

This is incorrect, it does work on Windows 8 and 10, I have played it, the only issue is that occasionally it crashes (like, once every 3-4 hours, so you really don't lose that much progress if you save frequently).

How? I always have to emulate an old pc. Doesn't seem to run on 64bit systems.

This also happened to me. Great game, but the only crash I experience is when I'm playing for a bit then I try exiting the game (Other games happen this exact same way when you exit, such as Servo. Shoppe Keep used to do it too, but they fixed that.)

For what it's worth, if you have the old Zoombinis disk laying around, you can make a virtual machine, install Windows 98 on it, and Zoombinis will install and fire up without a problem.

Ubuntu would work too

I'd certainly appreciate a Classic Broderbund mode myself. Would it be hard to make a button switch between the classic and modern style, like what the steam version of Monkey Island?

Would definitely LOVE to also have the other zoombinis games, as well as reader rabbit, etc.

Sounds like a wonderful idea :) I'll be sure to let them know about it.
