mouse control
Please devs add a better option to control the planes with the mouse, cause holding the small circle to maneuver with it is really uncomfortable for pc users, i have been playing games with planes for years and trust me the mouse control here is very uncomfortable, please just make the mouse control global, and another option if hold a key, or mosue button you get the free camera mode to look around, if you didn't understand what i mean just download War Thunder, Battlefield series (any), Arma series, and check their mouse control system, thanks

Sounds like you are talking about the on-screen analog controls. Those are intended primarily for mobile users, but we leave them in the game if any PC users prefer them. On PC, they default to off (except for tutorials), however there was a bug in the game (should be fixed now) that defaulted the setting to show on-screen controls whenever a tutorial level was played. You can turn off these on-screen controls by going to the settings page from the main menu and setting 'On-Screen Flight Controls' to 'Off'.

In the new update (should be live in a day or two) there is a new mouse-as-yoke option with a configurable deadzone and size with a quick toggle option (defaulted to right mouse button I believe). This will allow you to control the roll with the mouse x-axis and pitch with the mouse y-axis.

Currently, you should be able to look around by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the mouse around. In the new update, we do have bind-able 'look' keys, with an optional modifier key to be held down (primarily for gamepad/joystick support) - i.e. hold down a gamepad left trigger button and then the left analog stick can be used to look around.

I am using the mouse-as-yoke and I think it's works really good. But trying to use the rudder with keyboard is really a crapshoot. The control is realllllly jerky and to compensate I had to make the rudder control surface extremely small. Will you add smoothing of control surfaces anytime soon?

Haven't spoken much with the coworkers in a couple weeks as I've been taking some time off and have only just started trying to get some part time work in this week, so at the moment, I don't really know exactly what our immediate plans are. I'd hate to provide bad or contradictory information right now, sorry.

hey i have tested the mouse as joystick feature, works great BUT is there a way to remove the cursor from the screen when the feature is enabled? it's a bit annoying and confusing having the cursor jumping around the screen when u fly the plane with the mouse

No, not currently, but I've added that to our task list.

By default, it is bound to right click on the mouse.
