I've made one using a small prop connected to two hinge motors, one motor needs to be for roll and the other for pitch, you don't need the rear rotor but if you have one make sure you set it for yaw and it needs to be set to auto throttle. The main over head blades should have their pitch set to VTOL and only have the pitch change about 10-20 degrees otherwise you'll over work the blades. Lastly you may want two overhead blades since you can't make the blades wide diameter big enough without a mod, to make a double blade place a fuelsalage peice on top of the hinge motors and then shim the blades into place using the fuelsalage piece.

There are lots of helicopters you can download but few of them will use the parts that are given since the given parts don't make a really good helicopter.

I don't understand so much english, I'm French, but hOLDtHEdOOR, you mean that with Vanilla parts, you can't have a really good helicopter (and other creations, anyway!)? I saw your planes on your profile: nice creations! And the heli on the pic looks good! I wish I could do creations like that!

its easy, I know very little about XML modding but I think my planes look, and work, good

EDIT: by very little I mean I can make engines go REALLY fast

Well... I just got this game, downloaded some jets, took all the pieces apart to see the "bare essentials" then worked from there. I also found things out on my own soon after that.

I'm your case you'll DL a heli then see how it works then copy the pieces needed on your own to make it work.

I still have a ton to learn that's for sure.
