[SOLVED] Defender COBRA M5 Joystick doesn't work in the game

I can navigate through Steam menu in Big Picture mode, but in Everspace I can't do anything. It seems that the game doesn't recognise the joystick. Any suggestions?

Hello, have you already mapped the joystick actions in the input options yet? Joysticks aren't recognized out of the box, but have to be configured manually. (Options->Controls->Customize Input->'Other' column)

Hi! I can't map yhe joystick in the input options. The game don't respond to clicks or movements in fields of 'Other' column.

What OS are you using, and are you playing the game in 64-bit mode? If in doubt, you can navigate to the game installation folder and manually run RSG/Binaries/Win64/RSG-Win64-Shipping.exe. Another issue might be the use of any emulation software, which might map the joystick to gamepad buttons. In this case, also try the 'Controller' column. Hope that any of these solutions work out for you!

Manually launched 64-bit mode worked for me! Thanks a lot and good luck in developing this and other awesome games)
