main menu laggy af, not even possible to select anything (tried different controller layouts wich all didn´t work, also no mouse or keyboard controls while in VR)
when i quit the game it just freezes and steam VR crashes.
Bit of a bump but try dropping the SteamVR resolution manually (auto setting is bad). I had similar issues in other games. I haven't tried this in VR just yet but I'm looking forward to doing so soon with my Quest 3! The problem is it looks so good on my 34" OLED!
i have similar specs and i have the same issue. also steam vr menu doesnt pop up for some reason. but how are we suposed to navigate the main menu with the quest vr controllers? it wont even show my hands possition or pointers.
ok, the lag has gone away from being in the quest menu for a bit. but still cant get the controllers to register.
I did a bit of googling about that error code, someone suggested turning OFF Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. I also re-installed my Steam VR software on both the computer and the Device.
I also reduced the resolution on the SteamVR settings t0 100% (it was defaulting to 150%)
and now it does work!
As for the Menu not working, well, I dont think it supports the VR Controllers! It seems to work with Control pad only.
But I found the controller extremely hard to aim with, lol.
I also found, even with low settings the frame rate was bad, not tollerable. I got motion sickness and had to stop.
Oh well, it was only like £1.60 or something in a sale
