There is a hotkey for it, I don't remember which one it is (I think it's V by default).

You can customize them in the control settings, so look in there.

But sadly this does not work for me in VR, is there any way to do it, i would love to try it out.

VR is currently 1st person only for motion sickness reasons. In non-VR mode, the default key to switch perspective is indeed V (or Y on the XBox Controller).

Thanks for the reply, but i have to stop after about 10-15 minutes anyway due to motion sickness. :)

And can you do something about the mouse sensivity? Whenever i change it it changes the sensivity in windows as well.

Cheers

You can switch off the "use system mouse position" option in the mouse/keyboard settings, which will also disable mouse acceleration though.
