To get hats to work, set them up as DX buttons in your Target profile.
And this issue is not present on other games I play with my joystick (Elite: Dangerous, Overload and SubLevel Zero)

I can't reproduce the issue with the joysticks in our office, but if the problem persists we'll try to reproduce it with the device you own.
But the ship controls on my flight stick still feel jittery and unprecise. When I try to turn my ship slowly, when rotating my stick on the slightest angle, it suddenly turn very fast and sometime randomly slow down while maintaining my stick on the same angle.
I tried to disable my TrackIR, it doesn't seems to conflict at all.
I tried to modify the deadzone and the sensivity and it's kinda messy to set them up... Putting the deadzone to 100% makes way more sensitive (and some axis get inverted) and putting the deadzone to 0% seems to do the opposite of what it supposed to do.
Also the pitch deadzone slider keep resetting to 0.1 despite the fact I save the settings.
I've recorded another footage with my stick movements overlay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qe35CB1GvcM
In my opinion the movement curve is too steep
Thanks for your feedback! We'll submit a hotfix momentarily that will adjust some issues with yaw and roll flexibility, and we'll look into the other issues as well!
Edit: I can't reproduce your issues with the deadzones, but they might be caused by an input binding conversion issue from older savegames. If you don't manage to set up proper deadzone values, you could try deleting your input.ini and GameUserSettings.ini from the save game folder and setting them up fresh, or editing the deadzone values manually in these files. You can also change axis sensitivity values in input.ini.
