For those with Xbox one controller issues.

I just bought the game and the controls were JACKED initially. I had to disable xbox controller support via steam and enable generic controller support. In game disable smooth joystick movement or whatever its called and turn sensativity down to 0.

Now the big one. If you want to rebind your keys you can but it took me a while to figure out how to rebind thrust forward and back to left stick up and down. The trick is gently pushing up or down on the left stick and not a full press. A full press will just move the selection up and down. Super annoying. A gently press will lock in the rebind. Hope this helps. Also, dont forget to clear actions your new custom bind may have been originally bound too or you will get funky movement and stuff as the one bind is operating two actions.

If your interested, my bindings are as follows
Thrust forward and back, LS UP and D
Hover up and down- LB and RB
Thrust-LT(Holding left stick in is an absolute nightmare and the devs "deal with it" response to console players was 100% unnacceptable). Too lazy to make keys rebindable on console eh? Sad
Primary fire-RT
Secondary Fire-Y
The rest default.

Thanks so much for the hints. It actually makes the game playable. What a shame the sensitivity off of the main controller screen can't be turned below 0
