Ultimate Edition comes with the Upgrade to Deluxe Edition version which is just the Soundtrack & Art/Wallpapers for $20.15
So if you want the music/art too, I'd go for the Ultimate Edition. If not or would rather save a few bucks, just get the Game & DLC.

Isn't it bad enough to sell DLCs? We still have to put up with this kind of annoying nonsense.
Cuphead? Soundtrack is MANDATORY as it is frickin awesome.
This game? Not so much.
Not saying the music is BAD, it's just not "listen to it while in the car" material.
