How to restart a new game?

So I just got the game and went through the tutorial and the first two sections, using an Xbox controller. But I don't like it and now want to start over using the M+KB, but I would like to go through the tutorial again so I know where the controls are.

How do I restart? Every time I enter the game the only choices are to Continue or New Hardcore run. Do I have to delete and reinstall the game to get a fresh start?

even if you delete and re install your save files would still be there so you would be up the creek.

and even worst if you have cloud sync on as that has your file saved as well.

best thing is just keep playing as if you die you still return to the first level and try again

There should be something in the options menus to reset all progress.

Yup, options -> game -> reset game
