viridian energy

anybody have any idea what this stuff is? it carries over between games (at least as long as you don't die) but i haven't found any uses for it so far. seems to drop from corvettes and frigates a lot.

Used for expansion pack on a unique store. Also used for building special expansion related weapons. Speaking is which, they are quite powerful weapons, but are quite tricky to use

Viridian Energy is primarily used with Throng, the Scientist. After having purchased some of his Blueprints, it will also be used in a little bit of crafting (but not much).

If you're looking to know more about Viridian Energy, it is explained a bit more through Karlie's side-quests.

good to know. everspace is sort of a side game i come back to now and again so i haven't gotten too far into the new stuff yet, it was just buggin' me that i had no idea what this new resource does and the wiki hasn't been updated with it yet.

Kill Okkar Corvette or Okkar Frigate, they will drop Viridian Energy.
