- Open the "Compatibility" tab in the properties file: Gothic.exe or Gothic2.exe depending on what game you're running. And in it, check the box for the check-box "Disable image scaling at high resolutions screen."

1. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gothic II\system\Gothic.ini
2. find mouseSensitivity parameter and crank it up to what you need. This will work even if the comment sais "only between 0 and 1"
This will increase all mouse sensitivity in game, not just the horizontal one.
