Amulet and Belt +10 dexterity

Can someone tell me where I can find/buy these things? I have read there is amulet +10 dex near Cavalorn's old house but this amulet is guild depending and you only get +10 dex amulet when you are a guard. I am playing as a mage. Is it possible to buy in chapter 2 amulet and belt somewhere? Erol sells amulet +10 strenght, Tandar sells belt +10 strenght so would be cool if someone could sell me things with dex.

Btw I already have belt +5 dex if someone wants to mention. I need belt +10.

What chapter are you in?As a mage you can obtain the Amulet of Agility(+10) from a quest in chapter 4, its called "the show-off" and you get the quest from Dar the mercenary. As for the belt, you can buy it from Bosper or Lutero in chapter 3.

I am in chapter 2 so waiting for chapter 3 is not that big deal since chapter 2 is pretty short. I already did Jharkendar so I just need to get message from Garond. So I will buy belt from Bosper but really there is no other way to get amulet before chapter 4?

The amulett spawns if you play militia/paladin in chapter 2 near Xardas Tower. You have to go to the hidden place where the 5 or 6 lizards are. Nearby there is a tree and its below that tree.

The quest from Dar in Chapter 4 you only get if you play as a mage or dragon hunter

I have read this amulet is not that far from Cavalorn but I thought someone meant Cavalorn's house. Good to know for another runs but like I said I am playing as a mage so it will not help me. So looks like I have to wait for chapter 4. Weird since you can get strenght amulet already in chapter 1.

I have a question about quest from Dar. I want to do this as fast as possible and I need something from orcs. I don't remember what I need to find but first thing what I had in mind was that Hosh-Pack will have something but unfortunatelly no, He doesn't have anything for Dar. So what I need to find?

What you need for the quest is a ring from an Orc Warlord. The warlord you are looking for is not in VoM, but in Khorinis area. Just go to the rope bridge near the Pyramid and you'll find the bugger. :)
