Bow and Scroll not Shooting

I have tried to shoot a short bow and cast a Fire Arrow Scroll in Both G2 Classic and NotR. I cannot regularly do either. If I press L-CTRL or LMB, the target highlights, but I cannot shoot or cast.

There have been a few times where the arrow flew or the spell triggered, but 95% of the time, nothing. It seems to work randomly and very very rarely.

I have the Mana, I have increased my Dex to 15. It should work. What am I missing?

Is there a mod to fix this?

Hm, it sounds weird. Can you try "LMC (Ctrl) + W"?
Maybe you can try this mod, but turn on "workshop" in BETAs.

Basic question becasue you mentioned you click CTRL or LMB but do you click "W" when you hold CTRL/LMB? It works the same like with swords. Action key + W to use it.

I got it! To shoot or cast, I just needed to press the W key. I haven't seen that anywhere else on the internet.

To Shoot or Cast Scrolls:
[L-CTRL] + [W]
[LMB] + [W]
