ignaz's quest

how do you even complete this quest? i tried knocking ignaz himself down and using the spell when he was in the ground or already up and he just offers to sell me wares. i tried other people but i can't seem to finish the quest

It's a bit tricky. You have to do that outside of dock district as mentioned in quest. When target is alone, knock them down, rob them and cast that spell. If you do that discretly on Valentino after he leaves the pub around 4 AM, you get an additional exp and response from Regis and Coragon. Just be sure there are no witnesses. Alley between Bosper's shop and upper city is slightly outside resident guards' view range.

Go to the lighthouse and then follow the route back. There should be a hunter named Niclas sitting on a bench, do it on him, it works
