Where to find or buy lab water bottles?

Ok, I got enough weeds and stuff to brew potion but I ran out of lab water bottles? Are there vendors who get a new supply? Or other locations where I can find LWBs?

There is also the cave which you can only open if you have a certain lubricant with you: Inside there are lots of them.
