Gothic2[Workshop] launch Runtime Error

When i try to launche Gothic2 Gold Classic[Workshop] i get an error

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

Program:Local Disk(D:)/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/GothicII/launcher/Gothic2SteamWorkshopLauncher.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact application's support team for more information.

I reinstalled the game many times, checked the integrity of the game files, reinstalled all Microsoft Visual C++, deleted all mods, installed patches, launched steam and this exe file as an administrator and nothing helps

btw the non workshop version of gothic is launching
