transform spell
I transformed into a lizard so i could kill some bandits, and was then expecting
the spell to wear off, similar to in skyrim where you turn into a wolf but it didn't.

I had to get myself killed to end the game, is their a way to turn back to human?

If I recall correctly you press Enter to disable the spell.
