Cannot run Gothic II - Access violation Vdfs32g

The default branch with classic mod is "2.6 fix" and crashes.
Same for "workshop" branch that is "2.6 fix" exe also crashes.

Shows always "Vds32g.dll" Access violation every single time I tried everything.

Only "legacy" branch steam that is 2.7 I can RUN but at what cost...

Don't know if there was another update or something couldn't run it since 2023 after I got me a new PC.

PC Specs:
i7 13700k
RTX 4090
Win 10
