Can't complete the quest "Where are the missing people"

Hi. I faced with the bug related to the quests "Where are the missing people" and "the man with eye patch". I need to talk to Skip and he must inform me about missing people and who is responsible for the abduction, but there is no any dialog about dexter. I have already completed the quest "Skip stocks" and he must say about that. Also I can't complete quest "the man with eye patch" because greg just stands on the market Square and don't give me the quest. Please, help me.

To finish Gregs quest you have to go to the Dead Harpy Tavern.He is sitting on a bench infront of it and will give you a quest.Ive never had issues with Skip though.Has someone told you to ask him about the missing people or did you find him randomly.If you nobody pinpointed you to him id say that thats your problem.The people who can do it are the fisherman William and Cassiah the leader of the thieves guild.Cant help you more than that im afraid.
