Who ELSE Can Teach Dragon Scale Harvesting?
So, I think I botched the ability to learn to extract dragon scales from the one guy at the start of the pass in the valley of mines, the dragon hunter. I pissed him off and then tried to erase it away with an Oblivion spell, but now I just get zero prompts when trying to communicate with him.

Is there anyone else I can learn that from, or am I going to have to use cheats?

Well you can find Gestath. Or you just leave and go to the castle. After that Godar and the rest of the dragon hunters move to the lurker cave besides the river under the bridge near the ice dragon. He should get his option back.
