Need Help with VDFS

So i found out Gothic 2 can be modded, i tried with sounds first by finding sound names with vdfs tool and adding any desired .wav files to (_WORK\DATA\SOUND\SFX) folders and it worked fine.
After 7-8 playthroughs i decided to play with different model and since gothic is hardcoded to PC_Hero certain actions like sleeping, reading and etc aren't working on possessed humanoid creatures
I tried to replace textures like i did with sounds and it did not work
I wasted like 7 hours trying not to butthurt much and followed step by step guide on wiki.worldofgothic
Making my own .vdf file with replaced textures but for some reason VDFS tool does not create any folder hierarchy and all im ending with files like that

any idea or advice ?
