New system requirements for Returning?

I saw Sinitar's mod in youtube

Whats the new system requirement with this Returning? I believe you will need higher specs vs the original game due to improvements.

Thank you. Never expected the huge change of requirements from the days when I ran it Windows XP. Never expected it exceeded i3 as well. Again, thank you for this excellent information.
