W10 border fix for Gothic 2 NOTR version 2.7

Hi!

The Steam edition of Gothic 2 NOTR is directly at version 2.7.

The patch with the border fix which everybody seems to recommend is at version 2.6:

So I cannot really use it.

Any other ideas how I can get rid of the white upper border when playging the game in Windows 10?

btw just use the latest version you find, its gona work jus fine.
I also have win 10 with notr and those playerkit and system pack really solves it.

Use the international version of this single-exe pack instead (4,3 MB):

It contains everything needed to play: 2.6 patch, player kit, system pack and other tweaks and fixes.

Hey,
Don't know if it works for Notr, but give it a try!
I fixed my border/hp bar issue with this: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/4-gothic-and-gothic-ii-fullscreen-fixes/
Download link top right corner, extract in the system folder of gothic2 and run the .bat file.
Worked like a charm <3
Hope this helps (p.s. I used this fix on Gothc2 Classic so i don't know exactly if it works with NOTR.
