Gothic 2 on a laptop win 10
Hey,
So I wanted to play Gothic 2 NOTR on my laptop and so I bought the game on steam I launch the game I hit new game and then I proceed to leave Xardas' tower and then all of a sudden my fps count drops dramatically to below 15 ... I tried installing fpa fixes, player kits, systempacks, g2mdk... And none of these work :( the game still runs like crap and is using the integrated videocard (yeah I tried forcing the game to launch using the dedicated videocard but it didnt work) Any solutions?

Try dgvoodoo renderer to enable dedicated videocard:
http://dege.freeweb.hu
Also disable wind, animated water, weather, radial fog and reflections, decrease view distance.

It's a false positive reaction. I use this program myself and it also implemented in many GOG titles to support modern systems.
Anyway, decreasing view distance and disabling some graphic options will help a lot.

im not gonna decrease the view to make it playable... i tried the voodoo program but what do i have to do with it? extract the MS to the system folder? if so then I get the ''error message'' saying '' maximum texture size is lower than 32,possible reason: wrong gf driver setup (install other driver) bad os state (try to reboot) or insufficient gfx hardware (buy better gfx card!) ''

Put D3DImm.dll and DDraw.dll files from MS folder to Gothic II/system folder. Don't copy D3D8.dll.
