But i still need to figure out what the keybind is.
If you'd like to try a mod like "the returning" there's an option there to run, depending on how much Stamina you build (Yes it's a separate attribute)
Press F2 and type "apply overlaymds humans_sprint" (no quotation marks) and press enter.
Press B, type 42, press B again to disable cheat mode.
You now have permanent sprint.
HOWEVER....if you pick up a torch, you will default back to normal running speed until you drop the torch or put it back into your inventory.
If you reload a save, you will also drop sprint, even if it was enabled this way when you made the save.
If you drink a speed potion, you will start the proper timer for speed, and the sprint will wear off when the potion times out.
If you do anything that drops your permanent sprint, you can just go back into the console and type it again. I have NOT found "remove overlaymds humans_sprint" to work despite some sites saying it does. If I want to not be speedy for some reason, I just equip a torch. If I don't want to be speedy for a long time, I save and reload (which clears your overlays).
If you equip a torch and THEN type in the console command, you can sprint around while carrying the torch, but it looks ridiculous :) -- also falling from enough height to knock you over but not kill you with a torch in your hand will usually result in you being able to sprint with the torch in your hand.
Have fun.
