I'm running out of them. I know Zuris in Khorinis and the Monk outside the Abby.

Konsantino and other man in the harbor district who gave the quest for oblivion spell. Also there is a trader at the upper quarter salandril or somethin.

yes.there is also a mage between monastery and the tavern

These guys sell healing potions: Zuris, Constantino, Sagitta, Isgaroth (the mage at the monastery), Salandril (upper quarter), Lutero (upper quarter), Gorax (inside the monastery)
