Can I find some "ready made" runes without the need to create them myself?
And if so, please tell me which ones and where?

There are a few. In Jharkendar there is a fire arrow rune in the swamp. It's in a broken crate near some stone steps with pillars in the swamp. There are swamp rats and swampgas drones around it. Another one in Jharkendar is Heal medium wounds. It's found in the furthest tunnel in the canyon. The one which is at the very end of it. In the Valley of mines there a couple. There is a small cave where you find the militiaman Olaf's body. It's on the road from the castle to Sylvestro's and Fajeth's mining camps. In the underpass near the orc tents on the cliff. There are a lot of wolves there. You can't miss it. The rune itself is a Fear rune. The other rune is an Ice arrow rune. You can find it near the stone circle with undead. There is a part in that region which has a look towards the ice region from there. Don't go to the road which leads to it, but look for a place from which you can see the ice region there. The rune is next to a corpse or a broken crate to the left there. I think those are all the runes which you don't have to craft yourself, I think. Those, and the ones from Beliar's claw.

Only mages can use mage runes. But paladin and teleport runes can be used by everyone.

Valley of Mines:

- paladin light spell rune near the entry
- ice arrow spell rune near the small creepy stone henge
- 3 fear spell runes at different locations south of the castle

Jhakendar:
- fire arrow spell rune in the eastern swamp
- heal medium wounds rune in the cave which connects the canyon with the swamp (afair)

After you have reached chapter 3 there is

- a create goblin skeleton rune in a chest at Sekobs Farm

And then some monsters drop runes like fireball and firestorm afair

If you want more awesome runes from the seekers you have to kill one with the spell ice block (Lower his hitpoints until he is nearly dead and then cast ice block and let the damage of time effect of the spell do the rest). The seeker may not be killed otherwise. Then he has all his runes on his dead body which would be deleted otherwise. But you have to loot his body when he still is frozen. If you loot the body too late all the additional inventory is gone.
