Can't Jump

Jumping does not work as it should. It only works when i run out of stamina. With every jump button click I loose stamina but character only spreads arms for a short moment. When i spam jump button i loose whole stamina in 3 seconds and then only 1/5 jumps works. Its ******* unplayable to play game with this issue. Rebinding jump button didn't help.

Did anyone have same issue?
If nothing helps I'll be forced to refund...

Which version of the game? 1.6 or 1.75.14?
