Those aren't really the same genre, already played them. Gauntlet is more of a Slashing RPG and Magika more strategic RPG. I want a game like this where you shoot aliens, a shooter, not slashing. (Doesn't need to be aliens)

Renegade Ops is vehicles only. It's a really good game, runs well, good animations, well presented and has xp and skills to unlock, but it's very short, even with DLC.
Alien Swarm is awesome, but quite short too. A tactical shooter, no vehicles, but the gameplay is very comparable to that of Helldivers.
Running with Rifles is another good game, but you will die many, many times and start a new soldier many times because of this, this is part of the game, no one is special. You rank up and get to find new unlocks, but it's really small and doesn't have really satisfying gameplay, not as good to play as the other games (IMO). It does have nice vehicles, tactical gunplay and so forth, but it gets old quickly and every new campaign you start over.
Of all these games, Helldivers blew me the f*ck away, it's all the best I ever wanted from these three games put together in one fantastic co-op experience.
EDIT: so if you are used to Helldivers, I think other games will kinda disappoint you. First I would try AS, then RO and then RWR.
Sorry, you probably already tried AS before I understand haha.
Halo Spartan Strike
(both of them are single player)

Sorry I just had to be an a$$hole haha
I just like those 2 games and wanted to show them just in case.
Yeah really good games, if there was MP I would heavily recommend them!
Another one I really enjoyed was Warhammer 40k: Killteam. If you like Warhammer 40k, it's definitly some fun for awhile, but it only has couch co-op, no online sadly.
To sum up, I wouldn't worry as long as Arrowhead Studios exist.
Oh, and I'll post some unusual game suggestions that haven't been mebtioned too:
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (2 player only, puzzle-centric but a damn good game)
- Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (sequel to the former, apparently a bit worse, cannot say cause I don't have it)
- Tango Fiesta - seems like a more bare-bones version of Helldivers but since it's a small indie game it is probably more difficult to find a co-op partner and the game is also not that good according to reviews
- Assault Android Cactus - good game but only local co-op
- Relic Hunters Zero - good game but local co-op only - however, it's free
No online co-op there and I want to play it online with my friends, not locally. Also, I play Nuclear Throne myself since release. :D
