Single Player?
I am pretty much a solo gamer but am immediatey attracted to this game. Is there a decent SP campaign?

Not much of a campaign altogether, it's very unique. There isn't a storyline to follow.

THanks Darkness......Can it be played Single Player or is it more designed for Coop?

Some missions NEED multiplayer but most of the content is totally solo'able. even top difficulty if you're good.

All the content is in theory do able solo (except maybe the bosses).

The game is definitely designed for co op though so you'll be missing out on alot of the fun.

It can be played solo, with the advantage of having a better control of the camera. But it's hard, and you'd better try joining public games. It's much more fun, and the game is designed for that.

Keep in mind it has friendly fire of all sorts, so you'll die a lot, but you can resurrect each other as well.

The camera is shared, so it takes a good synchronization to be played properly in groups. It adds to the challenge at first, but make it a rather unique experience of team coordination.

THanks everyone...I ive out in the country and do not have a decent internet connection so until I get one cannot partake in MP games....Some day perhaps!

Even single player requires a decent internet connection, you can get kicked out of your own game when you 'lose' connection. All progress is lost, which sucks really bad.
An option to reconnect is really necessary imo!!

You can play offline. If you are connected and it drops while playing, then you get booted.

There is no issue with losing connection if you log in offline in the first place :)

I pretty much just play single player games, I don't really enjoy pugs and I dont really have any irl gamer friends. So I seen this a while back on the PS4 and thought I would give it a shot even though I heard it was primarily for co-op, but that you could solo if you wanted.

Well, its possible to solo, but its a ton of kiting and slow progression. If your looking for a game where you can easily, or even somewhat easily run around and blow stuff up this won't be your game. I didn't play it much, only a few levels, maybe it gets easier as you progress but it was too difficult for my taste.
