Understandably due to its hardware limitations, Vita was by far the lesser iteration of Helldivers visually but I never had any frame rate issues to speak of. I have been playing it again regularly in recent days as a tune-up, as I hadn't played it in some time.
Vita visual limitations included really blocky (Minecraft blocky
You're only asking about frame rate though and the Vita frame rate was consistent and enabled that version to be fun to play in spite of hardware limitations, imho.
My understanding is Helldivers is a client-based game. So if I as Vita player tried to host PS4 players, it almost always seem to result in lag, connection issues for them.
I suspect on PC stability of a game is going to depend largely on the game host's PC and connection quality. I guess that is "duh," but I just mean it's not something where a big central server is handling most of the load. :-) So you could run into lag issues more related to your game host, rather than your own PC.
Hmmmm. Was it decent playing at a 30 fps lock? did it hinder your gameplay at all? did it bother you compared to playing at 60 fps?
