I'll pre-rder when I get home, I think I gotta go full out Deluxe since I quit playing the Vita version quite a few months ago. I missed out on a lot of stuff.

Hello, is every DLC packs contents can be unlocked with game progress or should I buy HELLDIVERS™ Digital Deluxe for getting every content? I not conplain about the price but I usually love to unlock things while I progress ingame.

And I whant to know what is planned in future in this game after release? Universe / story extension and more DLC?

It's not a "free to play" MMO like Marvel Heroes that unlocks stuff over time. I am trying to ask them whether folks can also buy the DLC packs a la cart as on Sony platforms. That way you can only get the DLC packs that you want or that suit your play style, if you prefer. Though I certainly like the idea of getting it all in one tidy package.

Sorry, I don't know what else to say. :) I think given this is such a short pre-order period, it probably makes sense to avoid offering some unique freebie that's going to just make non pre-order players upset, imho.

I do think if they could cobble together some Helldivers themed forum badges that only worked in this Helldivers Steam forum, that would be cool. Vanguard and Digital Deluxe badges? Or, some Helldivers-themed Steam forum smiley icons would be nice. :)

I just don't see the point of pre-orders when they don't offer any advantage. Most pre-orders at least give a little discount.

Like I babbled, most games that make a big deal out of pre-orders start the process several months before release. I mean, you can pre-order XCOM 2, and it's not due til Feb. 2016.

In this case, it's out in two weeks, can't really even call it pre-ordering, it's more like a slightly early purchase. :)

I assume for Arrowhead, this is a change for one weekend to see how the PC version works, server-wise, and how PC players impact the overall campaign, which is really the only cross-platform aspect.
