I assume the Guard Dog operates the same way... shoot until it ran out bullet and docks on your back to reload.
Maybe just copy/pasted the UI over and its meaningless on the Angel?
They represent remaining ammunition/charges. When the guard-dog fires at enemies it uses up it's ammo. When it runs out, it has to return to your backpack to reload.
The Angel also has a limited ammount of heals before it has to recharge, represented by the same icons.
I'm talking about the missiles on the right. The guard dog itself never fires missiles on it's own, there's no dedicated key to make it fire missiles, it's not the amount of guard dog reloads left, and you can't reload launchers with it.
Those "missiles" are designed for distinguish doge/angel from other backpacks such as jetpack or supportpack
It's not missiles. It's just an indicator(i'm not talking about a line)
But i found it a bit confusing, yes. At first i was thinking it's how many times drone can recharge or maybe similar thing to resupply pack, where your fellow helldivers can take ammo to load their guns :) But it's just indicator and nothing more
It's just an icon to distinguish what kind of backpack it is. In this case a drone resupply pack. (Hence why both angel and guarddog have the same icon, they both operate the same way by reloading themselves in the pack. The bar to the left of it is the capacity itself.
