What is the difference between a citizen and a civilian?

A civilian stops for samples and upping his kill count.

i dont think samples matter here, its probably more related to the pace he does things.i know for sure that civilians always carry machineguns and stop for ammo each min.

Correction: a citizen doesnt complain about killing only borgs, and only comes back for killing bugs, only to leave and complain they cant kill them anymore when that phase of the war is over.

A real citizen plays the game not for Starship Trooper references, but because of the group effort.

Those guys aren't reading this. I'm trying to motivate the people in the current assault. The bugs and illuminate were gone when I bought the game, and while I like fighting cyborgs, I'd like to try something else without it being the proving grounds.
