While that technically meets the minimum requirements, I doubt most folks would recommend a mobile "GPU integrated on CPU" video solution like Intel HD3000 for current games:

Helldivers PC really isn't a system cruncher per se, so I'd say it's worth a shot and you can always get a Steam refund (within 2 hours play time; and obviously if it doesn't run or doesn't run well enough to enjoy, that's probably a moot point) .

Windows has always been a RAM hog so I've always suggested 8GB or more though not all laptops are easily upgraded.

I first started playing on Steam on my laptop which I believe is older and less capable of playing the games than yours. After turning off some graphic options and lowering resolution I was able to play fine on it except it would drop frames when anyone would use 'Hellfire' Incendiary Bombs or the Incendiary Grenades on screen (off screen still okay). Aside that I would say the Volcanic planet type also struggled a bit.

That said, I was able to play fine on it across all difficulties, up to 4 players, including bosses, Retaliatory Strikes, and Hell Dives.

Eventually I got a desktop PC which is much better at it and even lets me record 1080p gameplay while I am playing, but for your question, I believe your laptop will be fine, just not great.

I have an old laptop with that integrated graphics chip. I don't suggest it would be nice at all. It doesn't look good...everything is blurry and you'll be playing at minimal resolution... with max 30fps

Steam will let you get refund if you try it for <14 days playing <2 hours and find it not working well on your machine.
