Arrowhead Game Studios current project?

Does anyone have any idea what new project Arrowhead is working on? Or what they are doing at all?
After all, it's been 7 years since the release of Helldivers. Normally a game developer has to release a new game every few years, simply to cover the immense running costs. Maybe they have a financial cushion through their cooperation / exclusive contract with Sony. But at some point, even the good will / the cushion of such a large corporation is depleted.
Of course I wish and hope for a Helldivers 2. After all, the potential of Helldivers is far from exhausted. Just the elimination of the need to develop for the PS3 / Vita would make so much possible. I've already outlined all of this in this thread #1.
However, after all this waiting, I'd be happy if they announced anything new at all.

at the very beginning when they told us it was "testament" (assuming a project name) they mentioned it was not a helldiver game

Helldivers 2 was in the Nvidia leaks not long ago, alongside God of War PC and a few other titles - whether they're believable or not

Hell Divers is owned by Sony not Arrowhead - so they can't make a Part 2.

You never know. Sony could actually contract Arrowhead to do a '2'.

It would definitely be a win for their PS5 library.

Why would that be so sad?
First of all, there are almost no good top-down tactics co-op shooters anyway. Besides Helldivers of course. And secondly, after 7 years I'd be happy to have new gaming fodder.

They will likely start doing official teaser videos and announcements 1 - 2 months from official launch.

There was a ~12 sec leak (presumably an actual leak) that was later DMCA'd about 2 months ago. Helldivers 2 is real, might not be developed by ArrowHead, but one of their twitter/tik tok posts teased helldivers fans by, well, acknowledging that the fans exist and that they crave for a sequel, so it is more likely to be under the same devs than not. The leaked footage is still up on some sites, took me less than few minutes to find it.

(hopefully devs dont read steam forums and wont go on a footage hunt)

If this is not a fake, I am on the one hand happy that a successor is finally being developed, but on the other hand disillusioned about what has been shown and is known so far.

Yes, graphically it looks better. But that was to be expected.
The problem is what was missing but expected from a HELLDIVERS. No bitterly wicked humor / satire, no hustle and bustle and no (funny) chaos. What is shown seems much more like a generic standard sci-fi shooter in a grimly dystopian setting. If it's also true that HD2 will have an over-the-shoulder third-person perspective, it's questionable how this game will have anything to do with HELLDIVERS, apart from the name.
