A) its multiplayer.
B) no built in mod support.
C) im pretty sure the code would explode if you tried modding it if you arent actually a dev.
games arent like toasters, its either easy or its hard, or in most cases its easy or cant be done. you cant just swap out parts without a high chance of fatal errors.
At least for now (or maybe forever) we'll stay with "For Democracy", but I hope one day we can hear "FOR THE REPUBLIC" somewhere in this game
my understanding is some guy over in china made a tweak to the cyborgs, for anyone who wants a hard mode.
its been months since i heard about it, and it was posted on this odd website, so goodluck finding it.
What's wrong with it being multiplayer? There already games that are multiplayer and can still work with mods.
to phrase better, its not that its multiplayer, its that its multiplayer with a master server.
so a majority of tweaks would likely run into issues and need the devs to greenlight it, or you'd need to reverse engineer the server system like the titanfall 2 boys did.
