Ranking of assisted reload weapons
Basically, there are 2 assisted reload weapons. The MLS-4X Commando and the RL-112 Recoilless Rifle. The commando can deal more damage per full reload of 8 rounds compared to the recoilless. The recoilless can of course react and shoot a lot faster than the commando BUT it has only 1 round in its chamber per time. Total, the recoilless can take out 7 well-aimed targets per refill/fresh ammunition. On the other hand, the commando can do much more than 7 targets, perhaps a total of 18 if each target requires 3 missiles per shot.

So, here comes the important part. In the situation where both the commando and recoilless in a team require reloading at once, reloading of the commando should take precedence over the recoilless, be it by himself or assisted reload. The commando-diver always keep his backup ammo pack for himself to maximize the efficiency of all the rounds. BUT, in some instances where an enemy heavy unit is about to kill teammates or destroy the objective, the recoilless should be reloaded first to ensure survivability of the team or the objective.

BUT this is NOT a RULE for everyone to follow, just a general note. Gameplay and style of combat is up to every individual, no hard and fast rules.

Just have the two of them reload eachother at the same time, problem solved.

Honestly, in a fire team of three, I'd give the RL user a resupply pack and carry his support pack. I'd do my best to speed load both, but I'd prioritise the RL over the MLS-4X.

The RL-112 has an appalling rate of fire when operated solo, but as part of a fire team, it's a beast.

The MLS is technically the more efficient weapon, able to take down two or three HVTs per reload against the RLs one, but it takes longer to empty it's ammo between reloads.

In a situation where both guns are firing, I'd be looking to keep the average fire rate of these weapons as high as possible, so I'd stick by the RL and try to assist the MLS when possible.

If it was a situation where I did have two guns to mind, though, I'd suggest they both take a resupply pack and stick reasonably close. A single support pack works just fine between two guns.

If they're both out of ammo at the same time, the sitation is probably dire enough that there are bigger problems and I'd prioritise loading of whichever was closer and more tactically sound.
