Very low FPS

Hi, I bought Helldivers today and it was smooth 60 fps the first time I lounched it. The second time I opened it, I have anly 15 fps when I am on the ship and 8-10 fps when I get in mission. How it can be possible? What can I do? I have a GTX 950, not the best but before it run the game with 60 fps, not they dropped to 15.

I have this SAME EXACT issue, i have a GTX 730 myself.

game ran smooth and awesome the first time i played it, looked great, now when i load it up nothing... stupid low Frames

I restart my pc and when I run again the game it was smooth, it is a mistery...
But I cancelled all my achievement in game

Can you guys share some basic system specs, driver version etc.? I've run on GTX970 since the Dec. 2015 launch and never had frame rate problems. Which of course isn't helpful -- I just mean that knowing system specs etc. is sometimes helpfuli in troubleshooting. :)

Some issues with the game are router port-related, but I don't think that has to do with frame rates per se.

I've had this problem too, and I remember it being an issue on ps4, so it might be an engine problem.

My config:
CPU: amd A-10 5800k
GPU: MSI gtx 950 OC
RAM: 8 Gb DDR3
PSU: EVGA 550w Bronze
1 tb HDD

I tried to lounch the game many times but now it is smooth 60 fts on "ultra" (there are only shadows on Helldivers)....very very weird.... anyway thanks for help, the only tip that I can say is to delete all your progress in the game (option--> lower voice), update your GPU drivers and then restart the computer. This method works for me.

I have a GTX970 and yesterday the framerate was 60+, but today it wont go above 20.

Make sure you have VSYNC turned off, Also if your running windowed borderless on windows 10 there is an issue that causes the game to have this issue and it is not fixable as it is a windows problem. TUrning off VSYNC and checking of borderless is off/on fixes these issues normally, all else fails try running the game in 32 bit safe mode.

I have an rtx 4050, an amd ryzen 7000, 8GB RAM, and windows 11 on my laptop and I have this same problem, I ran helldivers plenty of times with 60fps no problem, but now I can't get the game to run more than 5fps, even by lowering all the graphics to low
