If you're not able to log in right now; the cyborgs were liberated sometime in the last 8 hours and we're currently about a quarter of the way to bringing democracy to the illuminate homeworld. If it carries on going at this rate, our brave boys and girls will all be home in time for weekend with the family.
Edit: As at 14:30 GMT, Super Earth forces are approximately 41% and 9 hours into liberating the planet known as the Squu... Suqu... Scooby shrine. If the rate of progress remains constant, victory could be announced in approximately 13 hours.
TO START A NEW SUPER EARTH EXPANSION !!!!! SAY HELLO TO DEMOCRACY

I don't think any one person has enough hours in the day to constantly monitor the campaign, so I like the idea that if enough of the H4D community group chip in 'campaign update alerts,' we can sort of help everyone keep track of campaign changes. It's only as useful as the number of folks willing to do that. :)
One of my suggestions in suggestions thread is a smartphone/tablet phone app with optional alerts for the galactic campaign status. I doubt the Bitsquid/Autodesk Stingray engine had/has this sort of functionality built in, and I don't think players would ever be allowed to 'hook' some sort of app or software into the Arrowhead galactic campaign Super Earth server (or the hamster-driven Pentium 100 I've joked about :-)), due to security concerns.
I hope they consider something like that for the Secret Project IF it has anything resembling Helldivers' global/galactic campaign.
They could look to the apps for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands or Star Wars Battlefront a couple years back for inspiration.
Based on progress so far, we've been averaging 5.17% pacification of the local population per hour and if it remains steady at that speed, we should expect a formal armistice at about 01:08 now. (GMT)
Our progress has been speeding up, however. I checked 3 hours ago, and projected a surrender at 03:53.
I imagine it'll only get faster as we get into the evening here and our troops from the US start coming online.
Dude, you're necro'ing a seven year old post about Helldivers 1 with a link to a map for Helldivers 2. Come on.
