Doubtful, work would have had to have started already and would involve capturing traffic to and from the server, without servers you'll find it extremely difficult to attempt to reverse engineer it, you would essentially be building the server from scratch and i doubt anyone with the appropriate skills cares enough to do that
So its not even playable at all? Not even the campaign?
