Did you consider posting these findings on the Iconoclasts Discord channel?
If you write things here, on Steam, people can read them after a while.
If it's lost in the archives of the forum, you can still find the informations in them with google.
But for Discord? People discover things, share them there, and that's lost after 5 minutes.
No way to find the information anymore.
Google won't help you, the information is lost forever.
Unless the right guys are there. You can count on your luck, very reliable.
I'm not even sure more than 2 people will see what I wrote here.
Thanks to Discord, I found a new secret on the game, about the 2 soldiers, Hannibal and Alistair, that there's 4 hidden scenes when they talk after the encounter the Community Center in Settlement 17.
But where are they? What are they saying? Nothing. Google won't help.
I don't think Discord is very appropriate for this sort of stuff.
I guess you are right, you have to basically discuss everything over and over again. However, I think the community is most active there. Here on Steam there is not much activity and on Reddit it is only slightly better.
About the two soldiers, I found only three locations (excluding the beginning in Settlement 17):
1) Shard Wasteland - right before meeting Royal for the first time, jump to the left and climb up into secret area.
2) Ferrier Shockwood - There is a screen with a house which the heroes enter and it is destroyed by Penance. On this screen is a hidden chest which you access from the screen above. If you get the chest when first passing the screen above, you will see the soldiers talking.
3) One Concern West - After getting the Usurper and going back, you pass a snake shieldbearer sitting on a thin platform. Drop through and go down a ladder. In the secret area you will see the conversation.
I saw these three and the soldiers showed up in credits.
Thank you, I didn't know for the Shockwood one!
Now, I just have to find the right answers, how to finish the mail side quests in a good way, if it's possible, and find a way to save Royal...
Still a lot to do.
I'll edit the first post.
I didn't get something special for it, tought. :/
And strangely, Mina's shadow wasn't attacking, but there weren't any sunflower to show it.
Was it a bug?
I did a no side-quest, no time to lose run.
Maybe by doing these, something special will happen.
And there's still one empty scene in the ending. There's a side thing we still didn't discover.
Well, at least, victory!
I saw some speedrun from some guy, he had all right conversations with Mina and she actually helped Robin in final battle, also had separate OST being final boss theme mixed with Mina's and also some additional scene with her after fight. Did you see that? I was surprised when I saw that!
Yeah, that one
I can't remember or find in video where is mysterious/lucky choice though
I had suspicion that in dialogue when you set Elro and Mina free from cells your choice will affect both of them, no, seems to only Elro.
Thet's remind me to ask, what if player not set Royal free from pwr draining room? Or there was an inpenetrable area later that require his power? Need to try this.
The second, iirc. He blasts some doors later.
Thank you for the video!
It seems like skipping custscenes make you choose one random answer, as the other speedruns don't have that ending.
So...
I learned with things Konjak said that there's only 4 questions that affects Mina : from "who is responsible" to "do you want to come with me".
Now... In my first playtrought, I didn't got the 4th question.
And I answered all the good answers for the 3 other one.
As I didn't get Mina's shadow pacified, I'm sure this is a good answer.
- So the 4th question is the good one, or you won't pacify the shadow.
In my second playtrought, I didn't answer well to the first question.
Did the good one for the 3 other one. Mina's shadow still wasn't pacified.
That means the first question is surely a good answer.
- So the 1st question is the good one, or you won't pacify the shadow.
That leaves the 2 others questions.
We have to test them!
As in "sometimes you can move other person not by trying to be "good" to them but by being honest with them"
