Third location of Leticia (masked character)?

I walked off screen before initiating a dialog with her and she disappeared. Can anyone point me to her next location (after the desert and the shockwood?

Wait I just beat the desert and didn't see Leticia. Did I miss something good?

For the desert one, look for a flag, theres a secret wall just to the right of it

The desert one is on the upper part of the map, it's on the center right of the 3x3 map cells

Where was the second appearance? I scoured that map, but I don't remember if that was before or after I found her first location.

Ah, found her. She's in the bottom-left area where you play as Mina after she gets separated.

Leticia's appearances are, in order:
1: In Settlement 17, impossible to miss
2: The desert, on the ride side of the big cirular room of the upper right of the map,
in a hidden room
3: Shockwoods, in the Mina solo section
4: The Isi hideout, bottom right most corner of the map near where a key scientist was.
You will spot her telltale flag above a tunnel behind a steel fence
5: The snowy mountain, the left most screen of the surface area
6: Save before this one! The ocean area between Settlement 17 and the desert. Equip at least two breathing tweaks, then dive down at the right-most part of the area into a big submerged room, from there dive to the bottom left until you spot an opening in a wall that leads to a small cavern, just head right from there

With number six, Is there an item or air pocket I'm missing? Even with three Breathless tweaks I can't quite make it there. With two I'm almost out of air by the time I get to the big room.

I assume you're mashing the jump button underwater? Don't do that, that depletes your breath more than swimming slowly does while covering the same distance. If you swim slowly two Breathless tweaks are enough to reach air again.

That did it. Now that I've been clued in, I like the subtlety in his swimming mechanic. The speed lasts a while after you tap jump, so if you just tap it occasionally you get the speed without impacting efficiency as much.

You can survive with only 1 breathless tweak on Standard / Harder, can't confirm for Challenge as I've yet to get so far. What I did was just swimming without pushing the button to go faster and you should be able to survive with just a tiny tiny bit of HP, there's a sofa there to recover for a reason

Are there any tips other than dodge and shoot on defeating Leticia after you get to #6. I've tried at least 20 times. Gotten close once or twice. Also Is there anything other than the rocket launcher that will hurt her?

I used bombs on the first form and lasers on the more vulnerable forms. When you hear him cast, watch the ground to see if he's summoning the hand attack, there should be bits of rock thrown up if it's that attack.
