Tho, my friend told me, that the green crosshair doesn't match a little. The ingame scope crosshair is for a one mil dot lower
On my Asus monitor i have different modes as well where i can see better in dark areas.
Was very nice in Tarkov night time. I have the dot like you as well but i don't really like it , seems off a little like one of the posts in here said.
One thing they should ban us for is the gaming chairs, that stuff is out of control.
My point, that anyway, such monitor features perhaps are allowed.
It is like some commited AWP players in CS1.6 painted the dot on the crosshair, can't recall that was forbidden.
What's your actual point with this? What do you want regular players of the game to actually tell you about screen crosshairs? Are you looking for approval or validation of this?
i have an alienware monitor with the alien vision and i can confidently say that the cross hair overlay on the center of the screen is not accurate with the end of your barrel. i have tested it and at no point are should any player rely on this overlay. aiming down sights appears to be slightly off in any given direction with iron sights or optics. with ICO and the aiming mechanic, you control the your view port and fine adjustments are done at your barrel tip. if anything, the cross hair gives you a best-guess on accuracy when hip firing. this would be no different that someone placing a dot at the center of the screen with a marker. in other fps games, your bullets come from your eyes or scope, in squad, it comes from the end of your barrel and why you cannot headglitch effectively.
since the game's view port is off in any given direction, its kind of moot to use. maybe if you wanted to toss nades through a window would it help.
- Generally it is really gives me the best guess, but when I using 3x-4x scope, it interferes, I have to gaze, where my ingame point is.
- well, on alt-tabbing the crosshair and all other helpers embarace me
With exlusion of the crosshair all other features are somewhat of vision helpers.
I'd like to use them from the keyboard, cycling them on the monitor button is uncomfortable
