Why not make admin cam only possible when u are not in the game?

make it so that if a admin decides to go admin cam , that he cannot go back to the game. he needs to wait untill end of the match.

1st rb server does this, anything that is out of 'PLAY" they will tel lthe enemy were your fob is and dig it down on you , ban you and say you are asset wasting. never this problem on other servers

well, its obviously exagerrated..., pretty sure not 80 % of admins are abusing or cheating, some for sure. Also has little to nothing to do with the game itstelf if admins are dirty...

At least on the servers i play(ed) on (not playing Squad much atm) i very rarely suspected admins abusing their powers. If you do i guess its best to try different servers, there will be plently where admins are not doing anything fishy,

There’s no such thing as admin abuse, pal—just skilled oversight. Admins using admin cam ain’t cheating, it’s just efficient gameplay. If you’re getting caught, maybe the problem isn’t them, maybe it’s you.

Locking admins out for using their tools is just coping at the highest level. Turn off your cheats just because they ain’t working and maybe, just maybe, get better instead of blaming the people keeping the game in check.

I've got an even better idea. Instead make it so when an admin goes into camerman it shows up as a camera icon moving around on the map visible to both teams...

oh wait, that's the way it used to actually be but [OWI] quietly removed that feature.

So yeah, there used to be a system in place to safeguard the match from admin abuse but the developers removed it so blame them.

The problem with that is, if you are trying to spec or record someone you suspect is cheating; they will probably stop cheating when the big camera icon appears behind them..

I don't know what servers you play on my guy, but I have genuinely never even thought an admin was using cam to ghost. If is a breach of Offworld server licensing agreement and they can lose their license for doing that. If you think there is a server doing it, report it to OWI...

Also people throw ghosting around like a buzzword. Sometimes there is ghosting, but the VAST majority of the time it is a skill issue moment; don't put radios in super predictable spots and then claim "ghosting".
