If you can't skip the intro then its bugged, try disabling all mods then validate. To disable the intro you need to find the video from the game files under movies.

Go to Squad/SquadGame/Content/Movies

Delete the following files:
squad_intro_movie_with_warning.mp4
squad_intro_movie_2.mp4
welcome_to_squad.mp4

The game launches just fine without them.
