microphone icon not showing ingame but mic is working

I have this strange problem I need to solve. In game lobby my micro icon next to my name is missing, all other guys have it. It look like I have no micro, but I have one and its working ingame perfectly, just icon is missing. Any sugestions?

The microphone icon just shows you who in your squad is close enough to hear you in local comms. It will never appear next to your own name in game or in lobby. In lobby everyone is considered close enough even though squad comms is the only key that works.
