How can anyone play Vanilla after playing GE?

After playing GE I just don't get how people can play vanilla and I'm curious to why people would rather play vanilla over GE. I'm not attacking anyone or anything, I'm genuinely curious.

Having played both I disagree. I have had matches in vanilla nobody talks and the team is useless. I have also played a lot of GE with great comms and coordination. Everyone gets on the GE haters bandwagon. However lately I only play vanilla as I only really play 2 factions now. Last matched I played tonight on vanilla the whole squad just wanted to talk about eating and food and would not listen to enemy logi incoming from north. But nom nom we hungry.

Same thing can be said of vanilla servers. On GE at least you have access to features that vanilla still doesn't have. Like parachutes, extra vehicles, better roles/kits, cas, and better defensive build options. GE has revived what little motivation I have for the game. Mods are literally saving squad lmao.

Most GE servers have abusive admins and the majority of the players no brain specially the arab ones, that said as long youre just as bad at the game as them you should be fine, problem starts when you claim the vehicles they want and are good at the game.

GE is mid, but its way better than Vanilla. The worst thing about GE is that there are far too many vehicles. Too many squads created, which equals cluttered command chat. The vehicle amount and fact that vehicles don't cost tickets is a totally game breaking feature of GE at the moment unfortunately. Squad is an Infantry centric game with vics intended as a supporting role. I have really been enjoying Steel Division mod lately.

Supermod is also great, but unfortunately their downfall is that the file size is so massive.

MEE is fantastic but does not get updates as timely as GE does.

There will always be exceptions. Of course, you will get some communicative matches in GE and of course you will get some vanilla matches with little to no communication. But lets not kid ourselves. GENERALLY GE severs are very lacking in comms, while vanilla servers typically have great communication. Let's not use exceptions as an argument to disagree with the facts.

GE is for the tik tok kids. the players are almost always trash. also the mod sucks and every faction is pretty much identical.

Bro thinks he's the arbiter of truth. GE has the superior game play experience compared to vanilla. Vanilla servers are just as bad especially servers that bait with the "new players welcome." Even the "skilled" servers play poorly from time to time. GE's only fault is removing vehicle ticket cost.
